Security gate service maintenance agreements

All our security gates, automation/access control systems and CCTV can be covered by a service and maintenance contract agreement.

After installation it’s essential your gates be maintained to adhere to your legal health and safety obligations to all visitors to your site.

Our qualified engineers will ensure your security system is working properly. Plus, with our comprehensive technical support and call out breakdown service, any issues will be resolved swiftly.

As a result you will enjoy prolonged life and peace of mind from your equipment.

Call out breakdown and repair service

Environmental factors can have a big impact on the smooth operation of your security gates, which is why we’re on hand to solve any issues that arise.

Currently providing a call out service between 8am – 5pm, our engineers can be with you on site to solve any issues you may have quickly.

With effect from early 2017 we will be introducing an out of hours service that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Remote IP service access

In some cases, where your security system has an IP address, it’s possible for us to remotely access your system to solve any issues that may have arisen.

Of course, this is only undertaken with your express permission.
